Wheeler bins are provided to all residential and commercial units within our premises. These bins are designed to streamline waste disposal and contribute to a more organised and efficient waste management process. Each unit shall be allocated wheeled bins for convenience. Tenants are equally encouraged to get their wheeled bins.
To ensure the effective and responsible use of our waste management system, we kindly request that all tenants adhere to the following code of usage:
- Proper Segregation: Segregate waste into appropriate categories, including recyclables, non-recyclables, and organic waste. Use separate bin bags for each category.
- Bag Size: Use bin bags of appropriate size to prevent overfilling and spillage. Overfilled bin bags may not be collected during routine waste disposal.
- Secure Closure: Ensure that bin bags are securely tied and closed before placing them in the wheeler bins. This helps prevent littering and promotes a clean environment.
- Timely Disposal: Dispose of filled bin bags regularly to avoid unpleasant odours and potential pest-related issues. Coordinate with the designated waste disposal schedule for your area.
- Hazardous Materials: Refrain from disposing of hazardous materials, such as chemicals, batteries, or electronic waste, in the wheeler bins. Follow proper guidelines for the disposal of such items.
- Report Damaged Bins: Report any damaged wheeler bins promptly to our maintenance team. Damaged bins will be repaired or replaced at the earliest convenience.
Failure to comply with the code of usage may result in additional waste disposal measures or penalties.
