In the unfortunate event that the rent remains unpaid beyond the due date, we reserve the right to possess any of the tenant's movable and immovable assets to cover the outstanding rental payments. This action may include, but is not limited to, the seizure of personal property, furniture, or any other assets owned by the tenant.
