Fire Safety

As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and well-being of our residents, we are implementing essential fire safety measures within our residential community. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Designation of Muster Point/Fire Assembly:

  1. Location: A designated Muster Point/Fire Assembly area has been established across all property sites. This is typically the open space closest to the main entrance and exit gates of our properties. This area is to be used by residents in the event of a fire emergency for accountability and safety measures.
  2. Evacuation Procedures: Residents are required to familiarise themselves with evacuation procedures, including the quickest routes to the Muster Point/Fire Assembly area. These procedures shall be communicated through signage and informative materials distributed to each tenant via any of our channels.

Provision of Fire Extinguishers:

  1. Acquisition: Tenants shall acquire fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment and accessories.
  2. Placement: Fire extinguishers shall be strategically placed throughout the tenant's premises. Residents are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the locations of these extinguishers and their proper usage.
  3. Training: Tenants shall familiarise themselves with fire safety knowledge and skills to use fire extinguishers effectively, at least to be able to provide first-part response in the unlikely event of a fire.

Installation of Smoke Detectors and Fire Alarms:

  1. Smoke Detectors: Smoke detectors shall be installed by tenants in all kitchens. This is to provide an early warning in the event of a fire, allowing residents to evacuate promptly.
  2. Fire Alarms: Tenants are encouraged to strategically place fire alarms in key areas of residential property, including the parlour, stairs area, upstairs parlour, and back room. These alarms are designed to alert residents to the presence of a fire and prompt swift action.
  3. Testing and Maintenance: Tenants are encouraged to carry out regular testing and maintenance of smoke detectors and fire alarms to ensure their functionality.

We believe that these fire safety measures will contribute significantly to the overall safety of our residential community. Residents shall familiarise themselves with these guidelines and participate in any training sessions provided.
